In Sept. 2018, Reese performed complete system replacement on both our upstairs and downstairs units as well as substantial overhaul of ductwork. While expensive, the project was completely worth it. Our house now easily cools in the summer (previous units couldn't keep up) and winter heating is greatly improved on both stories. Nathan's crew performed great work, completed the job in a timely manner, and Nathan followed up to ensure we were happy with the install.
